a super pleasant stay!
traditional rooms 5-star service lovely gardens
the traditional rooms were so beautiful and the service felt really 5-star! the included breakfast was amazing, seriously the best i've had in ireland s. i also loved the lovely gardens and the relaxed vibe at the bar (it made my evenings perfect!).
it wasn't a huge deal, but it made the initial impression a little less smooth.

chocolate plate simple goodness beautiful grounds friendly team
I adored the cute plate of chocolates in my room, it was a sweet and tender surprise for a gentle soul. the food in the bar charmed my heart with its simple goodness, each bite a soft caress. beautiful grounds surround the hotel. They inspire peace. the hotel team feels very friendly.
i did notice a slight chill in the room, it danced around the edges despite my best efforts to find the right temperature.

the poached eggs in the morning are perfection, the gentle yolk softly spilling out, a morning ritual i relished. dinner presented another lovely moment, flavors mingling in sweet harmony.

i discovered that the hotel has ample parking spaces, so i think you would not struggle to find room. there are many lovely, private lounges that have fireplaces where you could get cozy and relax.

A Charmed Stay!
nice snacks perfect bathroom
The room included nice snacks and offered ample space for our belongings. I REALLY appreciated the grandeur of the room and the well-appointed bathroom. It was perfect. The location was convenient, next to a notable landmark, and the hotel provided a range of amenities.
Check-in involved a delay, and the receptionist had poor English. It became confusing when she was also trying to speak to another person. The hotel is expensive and that kind of thing should not happen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They seemed to anticipate every need. Their attention to detail definitely enhanced the overall experience. I felt very WELCOMED!

The hotel is situated perfectly, central to the town, nice for GORGEOUS walks all around. The hotel's planting and gardens add to the overall beauty and tranquility of the area. It is very quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!
restaurant experience helpful staff
The restaurant and bar offered an excellent experience. The staff were helpful. They could not do enough for me!
Desserts were a letdown, I think the kitchen could rethink them. The bedroom lacked curtains, and emergency lights in the bathroom shone brightly all night, hard to sleep. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

The room was SUPER spacious. It also had a four-poster bed. The shower was powerful. The Voya bathroom products were divine!!!
The food service was sadly not what it used to be. The menu seemed seriously limited with very little choice.

Really good Stay!
friendly staff spacious room good selection excellent location
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. I found the hotel location excellent for exploring nearby attractions. I also easily walked to several points of interest from the hotel. The breakfast had fresh baked bread, local produce, delicious coffee, and carved ham off the bone. It was good! The gym had good equipment.
The room lacked air conditioning.

My room featured a comfortable bed and a garden view! It was restorative, and I appreciated the ability to open the windows for fresh air, allowing the room temperature to be adjusted easily. the blue shower room added a touch of elegance.

The breakfast buffet was really good. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available, including made-to-order items. My room had beautiful views of the garden area and it was surprisingly quiet at night.
Check-in was busy and there was a queue of people. My room was quite far away, and there wasn't full elevator service to all floors.
