underwhelming stay, issues not addressed
broken toiletpoor breakfast
the toilet in the room was broken during the entire stay. despite several calls, it was not fixed. staff seemed friendly, but no action was taken to resolve this issue. i also found the breakfast quality to be poor with minimal options available.

i appreciated the easy access to the national park from the hotel. the staff offered helpful advice regarding local walks i found that very useful. breakfast included a great selection of fresh fruit. two lounges provided spaces for relaxation after a long day.
the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly so i would have appreciated more attention to detail.

the staff was super helpful arranging a boat tour, the highlight of my trip. breakfast had delicious options. the lodge location is a short walk to town (very convenient!).
