the staff provided a private room with internet for my daughter, ensuring a quiet space for her morning exams. they also delivered coffee while she studied. the breakfast offered continental and cooked options. the hot entrees were cooked to order.
i noticed slight wear on some of the decor.

My mum loved the spacious family room we booked. It slept four people comfortably. The room was light and it was spotlessly clean, which I appreciated. I liked that the hotel wasn't a chain. It felt more personal and cute than some other places I have stayed.
The shower in the bathroom was a bit temperamental, fluctuating between hot and cold unexpectedly.

broken toiletpoor breakfast
the toilet in the room was broken during the entire stay. despite several calls, it was not fixed. staff seemed friendly, but no action was taken to resolve this issue. i also found the breakfast quality to be poor with minimal options available.

i appreciated the easy access to the national park from the hotel. the staff offered helpful advice regarding local walks i found that very useful. breakfast included a great selection of fresh fruit. two lounges provided spaces for relaxation after a long day.
the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly so i would have appreciated more attention to detail.
