i found my city double room well maintained. it had ample space and was quite clean. i also appreciated the tv available and the convenient access to nearby attractions for dinner.
the bathroom shower temperature was a bit inconsistent.

The paid parking was a surprise. I thought street parking was awful enough. my "superior double room" seemed directly above the dumpster. The morning truck noises really broke the silence i wasn't expecting. the room was clean but the view involved mostly refuse. it all seemed a bit much for what i paid.
