charmed by my stay
convenient location helpful recommendation good breakfast
i found the location quite convenient everything was within a short distance. the staff offered helpful recommendations for a nearby river walk. i especially liked the breakfast it was quite good and satisfied my appetite before i started my day.
the elevators had a slight issue it only goes as far as the 5th floor and my room was on the 6th. i had to carry my suitcase up one flight of stairs which was a bit inconvenient after a long day of travel.

Great stay in city center
clean room ample space
The room was very clean. and spacious. i also thought the bed was large and comfortable. there was plenty of wardrobe space and the doors were mirrored, a bonus. the location suited exploring the city. It was easy to park behind the hotel at a discounted rate.
i had a loose light fitting on the wall in the bedroom, and the tv did not work at all. the reception staff told me on two consecutive evenings they would send someone, but no one showed. i would have liked someone to fix this issue .

paid parking morning truck
The paid parking was a surprise. I thought street parking was awful enough. my "superior double room" seemed directly above the dumpster. The morning truck noises really broke the silence i wasn't expecting. the room was clean but the view involved mostly refuse. it all seemed a bit much for what i paid.
