I noticed cobwebs in the bedroom, especially near the curtain rail. That detail was slightly bothersome.

the room was lovely and tastefully decorated with a nice view. i enjoyed the powerful shower and the replenished tea tray each day. the staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of free parking. the surrounding walks were nice, and the whole area had things to do.
the entrance to the hotel lacked clear signage, slightly confusing upon arrival.

The room was tastefully decorated and super clean. The patio and pond view was really lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tea tray was replenished daily and the room was also cleaned.
The television was very small. You could barely see it from the bed.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough (i slept okay, at least).
The noise level was awful. I could hear every footstep from the room above mine. the walls seemed paper-thin. also, the breakfast location was quite inconvenient. It required a walk across the car park, not ideal in the morning.

The staff was very cute. I found such coziness in the room. Harley's food was good. I really enjoyed the meals I had. The hotel is full of character. The hall, rooms, and gardens contributed to a very relaxing stay.
I noticed that the hotel seemed a little short staffed. It was a very slight issue.
