The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom (I really liked it). The bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated that pillows were available to suit each person's preference, high and low.

There were no drawers in the rooms, just a small amount of hanging space. It wasn't long enough for dresses or trousers. Our room overlooked the bins behind a fast food restaurant which wasn't very pleasant. the internal phones did not work.

The location was central (easy access to everything).

The service was somewhat disappointing. I found the staff to be less attentive than expected, especially considering the hotel's rating. The room overlooked an uninspiring view. It would have been nice to have a better outlook from my window.
