a muddled experience
door lock worn carpets
the staff were helpful.
my room was not up to par. The door lock required several trips to reception for new keys, an annoyance. there was no hot water from the sink each morning.. i mean what is that about? worn carpets on the stairs added to the feeling this refurbishment is overdue.

The reception staff was lovely. The library featured many books available for borrowing and some games. Exposed beams and staircases enhanced the atmosphere. The location allows easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon..
The shampoo in the room was quite amazing, but I later learned they no longer sell it due to a new supplier.
