The staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I appreciated their assistance arranging taxi services to various destinations (they were always punctual!). The location provided easy access to many key sites.
The elevator was quite small. It could only accommodate a couple of people with luggage at a time.

I loved how cute the staff was upon arrival. i felt immediately at ease and ready to start my trip! the breakfast (especially the cappuccinos) was a great way to begin each day. my room was clean and well kept. It made coming back after a day of exploring so relaxing.
the elevator was quite small and a bit slow. it was sometimes inconvenient when trying to get up or down quickly with luggage.

The location was perfect I could see the Duomo wall from my room. The hotel is in the heart of everything I wanted to see. The staff were helpful they accommodated my needs throughout the stay. I also appreciated the treats and water provided in the common area.
The elevator was quite old and small it required some patience during peak hours.

the staff provided complimentary biscotti and italian sweet wine upon checkout. the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool despite the august heat (a detail i greatly appreciated). i booked directly via the official website and found the process quick and easy.
