the staff provided complimentary biscotti and italian sweet wine upon checkout. the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool despite the august heat (a detail i greatly appreciated). i booked directly via the official website and found the process quick and easy.
It only fit two people comfortably with luggage.

the hotel's location was unbeatable, placing me steps away from the duomo. the staff efficiently handled my luggage, ensuring a smooth transition, and the room included a comfortable bed.
The room i booked felt noticeably small. Space was limited for storing luggage and moving around easily.
