Julie's warm welcome at the door made arrival easy. Her assistance throughout the stay was lovely. The hot breakfast included a nice choice of cereals to suit everyone. The hotel's location was quite convenient.
The stairs were a bit challenging with luggage since there is no lift.

the location was acceptable, putting it near attractions.
The room required some serious updating. The wallpaper seemed ready to fall off. the bathroom was like a relic from another era, complete with mold in the shower. i found it necessary to turn the shower to cold to actually get hot water, a peculiar arrangement.

the owner, julie, she so amazing. i found her quite accommodating. rooms was clean with own bathroom. i got free breakfast and parking because i book direct. the breakfast has everything you could eat and more. the hotel bar, its downstairs.
the shower pressure, it was just a trickle, i think.

The hotel's location is advantageous, close to attractions, offering convenient access. The staff members were notably friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. I had a sea view room, it was warm and the bed was really comfortable. Free parking was available.

the staff were really informative. they were accommodating also. the door key system allowed us to come and go as we pleased. i ordered a takeaway and they let me eat in the dining room with plates provided.
the sink seemed dirty, but it was really just cracks from old age.
