the room was spacious and clean i had a one-bedroom apartment. the pools were a highlight especially the water slides.

the resort had a beautiful garden with many facilities. the room included a huge balcony with a fine view. we found the staff helpful and nice, addressing our needs promptly. i appreciated the variety of food, including sweets, fruits, and salads.
the beach requires a short ride via tuk-tuk.

the location was good, very walkable to many spots in the area.
i encountered some issues . the tv remote was missing, quite inconvenient. also, the air conditioning made a loud noise and wasn't very effective, resulting in a less than comfortable sleep. i reported these issues, but they were not resolved , disappointing.

The room had a small fridge and a kettle. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. i appreciated the daily housekeeping service. It kept the room tidy. the hotel provided beach towels with a card system, very convenient!
the coffee from the automatic machine tasted quite weak.

the resort features three pools, one is specifically for children and two adult pools. staff maintain cleanliness, and i saw them improving the grounds every day. there is also a beach with clear water that is easily accessible.
