pleasant stay!
beautiful garden fine view helpful staff
the resort had a beautiful garden with many facilities. the room included a huge balcony with a fine view. we found the staff helpful and nice, addressing our needs promptly. i appreciated the variety of food, including sweets, fruits, and salads.
the beach requires a short ride via tuk-tuk.

missing remote ineffective air conditioning
the location was good, very walkable to many spots in the area.
i encountered some issues . the tv remote was missing, quite inconvenient. also, the air conditioning made a loud noise and wasn't very effective, resulting in a less than comfortable sleep. i reported these issues, but they were not resolved , disappointing.

the room was a spacious two-bedroom apartment it suited my needs well. i found the pools clean with enough space for swimming and relaxation. the proximity to the sea was a major plus with convenient access for daily beach visits.
the gym equipment was a little outdated.

the food in the main restaurant includes a wide variety. i found the dining area clean. the reception staff helped me when i needed to sort out a late check out. the hotel features different entrances, i thought this helped with access.

small fridge daily housekeeping convenient card system
The room had a small fridge and a kettle. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. i appreciated the daily housekeeping service. It kept the room tidy. the hotel provided beach towels with a card system, very convenient!
the coffee from the automatic machine tasted quite weak.

the resort features three pools, one is specifically for children and two adult pools. staff maintain cleanliness, and i saw them improving the grounds every day. there is also a beach with clear water that is easily accessible.
