amazing vacation!
beautiful complex tasty food cozy style friendly staff
the complex look gorgeous with a garden and a large beach. it did get crowded, but i am still comfortable. the food, desserts, and everything taste so good! my room has a cozy style. the hotel has a super friendly staff. special thanks goes to lifeguard mostafa and pool bar bartender mostafa!
the room is a little old, but clean. it needs some maintenance.

the hotel location is ideal, near well-stocked shops. this makes grabbing essentials easy. the hotel also offers a transfer service to naama bay. you must sign up in advance for this useful service. the ride starts around 6 pm and returns after 8 pm.

the staff are very kind. they are attentive too. they are always ready to help you. the medical assistance is excellent. abdallah at reception solved questions quickly. hamed in the restaurant always started the day brighter with positive attitude.

attentive staff prompt service tidy pool area satisfactory meal
the staff was quite attentive. i appreciated the prompt service at the bars. the pool area was tidy, and i found a good spot each day. the on-site restaurant provided satisfactory meals.
the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel.

three swimming pools are available. one heated during cooler months. the fitness center has treadmills and weight machines. i appreciated the towel service near the beach, though sometimes it was busy.

out of order equipment unusable internet
The staff tried to be helpful. That was acceptable.
The gym was a letdown. Most equipment was out of order. there was also a noticeable lack of variety in the desserts offered. the internet connection was nearly unusable. This made planning activities or staying in touch difficult.

visible mould limited sockets
The resort had some significant downsides. the room was very small and the bathroom showed visible mould around the sink and shower. despite housekeeping's daily visits, proper maintenance seemed lacking. This impacted our perception of the hotel's four-star rating. the limited socket availability was also inconvenient.

an okay stay with minor issues
good food nice staff daily room cleaning old furniture broken door
the location was good. the hotel had a swimming pool and its own beach. the room was cleaned every day and fruit was provided. the food was very good and the staff was nice.
the room furniture was very old and the water flow in the bathroom was slow. the door handle was broken and i had to position it a certain way to lock it. the bed only had a white sheet and no blankets unless i put them on myself. the curtains were uneven and broken, sunlight came in.

clean rooms varied food great drinks
the hotel rooms were clean. the coral reef was good with many fish. the food was delicious and the drinks also tasted great.
the pool is only 1.5m deep.

comfy sunbeds close beach free water water containers
the beach was so cool! sun beds was comfy, it's just a little walk to the awesome red sea. lifeguards was there, ibrahim was the best. and they had a beach bar real close so i could get drinks easy.
i got sick. the free water isnt great i think, i had stomach problems. water containers wasnt cleaned too, water sits there and got yucky. they only give one water bottle a day, even if its super hot outside.
