convenient stay near the mosque
excellent location friendly staff breakfast variety helpful personnel
The location was excellent, a short walk to one of the main gates of masjid nabawi. i found several fast food places right outside the hotel. the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk personnel. the breakfast offered a variety of options. I enjoyed the selection.
The safe in my room was not working. I reported it, but it was not fixed . this was a minor inconvenience, but it slightly impacted my peace of mind.

the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the masjid. staff were helpful with luggage during check-in. i found the room spacious with a big city view. breakfast offered an excellent variety.
i noticed the furniture looked old.

I stayed in a Triple Room, and it was very well kept. The chamber staff provided friendly service and checked regularly to see if I needed anything. The breakfast spread had plenty of variety (especially the fresh fruit section).
Unfortunately, the furniture seemed a little old.

I received an UPGRADE to a suite upon arrival. The extra space was very WELCOME. Daily cleaning was consistent and thorough. The hotel's proximity to Masjid un Nabawi meant just a short walk.
i found the reception staff to be unprofessional. Their behavior was disappointing. This impacted my overall impression.
