The staff was very helpful, especially during check-in and check-out, they handled my luggage efficiently. My room was quite spacious and well-kept during my entire stay. The location is very convenient, very close to the mosque, this allowed easy access for prayers.

The location was excellent, a short walk to one of the main gates of masjid nabawi. i found several fast food places right outside the hotel. the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk personnel. the breakfast offered a variety of options. I enjoyed the selection.

The safe in my room was not working. I reported it, but it was not fixed . this was a minor inconvenience, but it slightly impacted my peace of mind.

I received an UPGRADE to a suite upon arrival. The extra space was very WELCOME. Daily cleaning was consistent and thorough. The hotel's proximity to Masjid un Nabawi meant just a short walk.

i found the reception staff to be unprofessional. Their behavior was disappointing. This impacted my overall impression.
