super clean room friendly staff small bed limited service
The room was super clean and clean. the entrance and the building overall were also very clean. i appreciated the staff i encountered outside the room. They were friendly and polite.
The bed was comfortable. it was way too small for two people. there wasn't any regular room service or towel changes for stays under eight days which i found inconvenient.

clean apartment easy check-in renovated building
I found the apartment very clean upon arrival. The check-in process was straightforward. I accessed the keys easily. The building itself seemed recently renovated and quite clean. I really appreciated the clear instructions for accessing the building.
I noticed a lack of basic supplies in the kitchen. There wasn't any salt or pepper available, made cooking a bit inconvenient. A colander would have also been useful for preparing meals.

Numerous supermarkets and restaurants exist nearby the hotel. This provides many options for meals. The kitchen had tea, coffee, and sugar available . This was a nice touch. I saw a microwave and a fridge.

Staff members responded quickly to my queries even during the Easter weekend. It was very excellent. Instructions for finding the building and obtaining keys were clear. I had no trouble. The cleaning lady was nice.

I noticed the location close to public transport. Getting around was easy. The neighborhood felt lively and safe. The building's proximity to the tube station really helped. IT was a two-minute walk.

Charming Stay Near Earl's Court
clean apartment ironing board convenient shop
The apartment was very clean, and it had everything I needed. I found an iron and ironing board, very useful. There was also a big M&S food shop right at the corner. This was very convenient. The bathroom had a big shower. I loved it.
The room got very stuffy as there was no air conditioning. A small fan was provided. I had to ask for another fan. The bed was a bit small. This info was not on the website.

convenient location new equipment easy access complete cutlery
I adored the cleanliness here. Everything looked so new and cared for. it was very important for me. the location proved wonderfully convenient with easy access to both the tube and nearby shops. amenities included an iron, a hairdryer, and complete sets of cutlery and pans, so useful.
The small size of the bed was somewhat limiting. It felt a little too tight for two people. this is a minor point. it did impact our overall comfort slightly.

The room was very clean and well-kept (a real plus!). it was located near transportation, specifically a tube station, in what seemed like a safe area. check-in was simple. I appreciated that process.
The tv signal was poor. It was hard to find channels to watch.
