helpful staff early check-in perfect location dated carpet noisy backstreet old furniture
The reception staff were helpful. They kindly allowed an early check-in. The location is PERFECT. I will stay again. The AC worked very well.
The carpet was dated. It needs an upgrade. The backstreet was NOISY at night, which disrupted sleep.

amazing location friendly staff excellent communication
the location was amazing. i could easily walk to green park station. the staff was helpful and cute. abdulla at reception offered excellent communication.
the elevator experienced a minor issue one morning.

low water pressure cold shower
The staff WERE kind. The apartment was generous in size.
I was very disappointed about the television. The signal DIDN'T work, and it took an engineer to fix it. The water pressure was also very low. There was NO hot water one morning, and no one could fix it, so I had to take a cold shower.
