the hotel had a well-equipped kitchen, and it made preparing meals easy. the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. the location is awesome, close to many restaurants and shops.
the bed and pillow were too soft for my taste.

the room was spacious, and it included a washing machine as well as cooking facilities. air conditioning was available and worked effectively. i had a window offering a peaceful view.

convenient kitchenette great location uncomfortable springs poor shower
the rooms was a good size and it had almost everything i needed for a short stay. the kitchenette was so useful. i had a double studio. the location was great, close to public transport and various shops.
The bed wasn't great. The springs was really uncomfortable. i woke up with a back pain every morning. the shower head needs to be descaled. The water wasn't coming out properly.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk from Bayswater tube station. The kitchen had all the basics for simple meal preparation..

the studio apartment came equipped with a functioning kitchen and a washer-dryer. it's a short walk to bayswater and queensway tube stations. this makes exploring the area convenient on the circle and central tube lines. the staff members were cute. and they were helpful.
i was allocated a basement room, which resulted in minimal outside light and a consistently dark atmosphere. while dvds were available in the hall, the dvd player in my room did not work. it was not replaced despite reporting it. ants were present in the room. i got rid of them but they were still coming.

The location was very convenient to multiple tube lines and bus routes. I found the facilities great. There was a washer, microwave, and refrigerator. Shower pressure was good, and my stay felt comfortable.
I found that the blinds wouldn't shut completely, which let light in.

dvd player persistent ants
the room they gave, it was in the basement. sunlight did not get in much. it felt dark the whole day. the dvd player did not even work, and they did not replace it, and i was there for four nights. there were ants everywhere, i got rid of them, but they just kept coming back.

subway lines thoughtful touch
the apartment IS close to subway lines and bus stops. the room included a washing machine, which proved quite useful. daily, they provided coffee and tea. ladies who cleaned where fantastic.
the blind didn't shut properly, and this affected my sleep. there was a six-inch gap at the bottom. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed.

no meal plan available. however, there are many restaurants nearby. the apartment is well equipped with a kitchenette, so it is easy to prepare meals in the room using the provided amenities.
