excellent stay, great team
clean room good food helpful service
I stayed for five nights. the room was super clean and looked better than the photos. the hotel service felt relaxed and helpful! having reasonably priced dinners was convenient. The food quality was good. the whole team was great, especially thomas and the chef!
The shower was a little tiny for me because i'm tall. the room felt a bit small for the price i paid. the room is functional.

The hotel offered a daily swiss breakfast. It included a wide variety of local cheeses and fresh bread. i had dinner at the hotel a few times. It consisted of a four-course meal. the hotel also hosted a wine and cheese tasting. It included local specialties.

small room obstructed view
the staff was helpful and cute .
The room was smaller than expected for the price i paid. The shower was particularly cramped. the overall appearance of the room felt somewhat dated and could use updating. i also noted that the views were partially obstructed by other buildings.

the staffs were always kind. they gave recommendations for seeing the area. the mountain views are amazing from the hotel. i thought the beds was comfy.

Wonderful stay with really good service
friendly staff extended dinner hours raincoat loan hiking poles
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I returned late from a hike, and they extended the dinner hours. They also lent me a raincoat for a rainy-day outing (to Trummelbach Falls). I enjoyed the hiking poles available for borrowing.
The bathroom was a little small.
