charmed by excellent service

great restaurantwarm welcomenoisy fan
i booked a last minute stay. the front desk staff were amazing and sorted my parking upon arrival. they also gave me a great restaurant recommendation.
The bathroom fan cannot be isolated. It is very noisy. this made it difficult to sleep soundly. i recommend addressing this small inconvenience .

Charming Stay at a Refined Hotel

The hotel provided a very clean and well maintained room. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The quantity of food available at the buffet breakfast was excellent. I was charmed by the variety. I was impressed by the quality of service.
I found some light switches to be faulty. I could not turn off some lights or turn others on. I had to remove the light bulb to turn off one light. I hope that this is addressed.

Really good Stay at this hidden gem

I stayed in the Roseate Classic Room. The room included two separate sinks. The bathroom also featured a rainfall shower, which I appreciated greatly. The decor used fabulous art in the room.
This was difficult, as my room was on the second floor. I hope this situation is resolved soon .
