the location is superb for access to heathrow airport. i found the historic building charming, it really stood out. the room was clean, and i was happy with the overall presentation. the food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!!
The bathroom tap dripped a little. This was a minor annoyance .

the staff quickly arranged a taxi for my early morning departure. they were polite and efficient during the entire process. the reservation was handled smoothly, and all my questions were answered promptly.

I was disappointed with the noise level at night. Loud music played until late and there were people shouting outside the window close to midnight. This definitely made it hard to sleep well.

the room i stayed in needed some updating. the bathroom wasn't cleaned to the best standards. also, there was only one tea bag provided (i prefer two).

the room offered ample space. the bed proved comfortable. i had an evening meal. the staff served it up in a friendly manner.
the room was just ok. the shower only went lukewarm. we sent our starters back because chicken wings were still frozen. caesar salad was just lettuce with sauce.
