the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. the apartment was large , quite luxurious and very well equipped. they also provided a great value continental breakfast on request.
the bed was awful , sagging on both sides. the fire alarm had been removed. single glazing allowed dampness to cause paint to peel and white grouting to turn grey.

i enjoyed the spa area SO MUCH! the view was beautiful. the staff were really great, helpful. i also appreciated the awesome views and good parking.
i noticed the hotel is going through refurbishments and that is a bit of a bother. the suite i stayed in was one of the older styles and needed a little refreshing.

the restaurant had good meals and breakfast available onsite! the terrace offered AMAZING lake views. i saw very attentive service from young people.

the hotel has well-presented grounds. i also saw very good parking facilities. i observed bikes for rent at reception. there are laundry facilities available, like a washing machine in the bathroom!

the location is lovely, rooms overlook the lake. it's a short walk into the town centre. the lake is close enough for a quick swim. the hotel has green grass leading up to the lake for swimming!

The location provides direct access to the lake walking trail. The premises include a restaurant with an outside seating area. Parking near my suite was convenient, something i appreciated. The reception staff were friendly during check-in.

i liked the location. it was right by the lake. the gardens go straight to the lake footpath. it lets you access a fine walk.
the room looked dated. it need a refurbishment. the door was stiff. it was hard to open and close.
