I received a room upgrade and it was spacious. the room was clean and well-kept. the staff were friendly and very helpful. They even arranged to get my washing done for me. i was given detailed information about my room and the available facilities.
i found the room a little noisy due to street traffic.

my beautiful double room had a comfortable bed and fresh towels were provided daily. the room was on the first floor which was convenient. public transportation access was quite easy from here.

the hotel was clean, i loved that! i arrived very early and i received a warm drink while my room was prepared ahead of schedule. the complimentary tray was especially welcome after my travels, it was really a sweet gesture. leaving my luggage after checkout proved useful.
the room smelled strongly of damp and felt cold to me. the bedside lamp did not work at all.

the family room was large and well equipped. the staff were friendly! bus connections to the city were easy. free off-street parking was available right next to the building.
the street outside was very noisy! i suggest future guests bring earplugs. i expected a bit more based on the photos i saw online.
