The location was very nice. Times square and the theaters were minutes away. it was very convenient to check our bags for a dollar each and go exploring when we arrived before check-in time. i also got a very kind room upgrade.
The king bed was okay. The mattress could be firmer, though.

The hotel location was amazing. It was easy to walk to broadway shows. the grab-and-go breakfast offered a convenient start to the day. the staff outside handled bags efficiently, i found that very helpful. the kiosk made checking in so quick. i got my room keys printed, so i got settled in earlier than expected.
the room needed a floor lamp. it was very dark for some activities.
