the free tuk-tuk service to the city was very useful. the staff was kind and attentive to any need. the café served really good cappuccino (especially the cappuccino). the pool was great.
the beds were too hard for my liking. the shower water built up quickly (i mentioned this several times, but it was never resolved).

Really good Service, Beautiful Resort!

The staff was attentive, even providing transport whenever needed. The restaurant served some delicious food! Other facilities, the pool in particular, were beautiful. Nina was a fantastic host, she made everything very easy!
The rooms were a bit too noisy, and I could hear everything from my neighbors. TV noise or bathroom sounds, that was not nice.

The staff were really nice too ensure a comfortable stay. They seemed to anticipate every need. Their responsiveness and attentiveness. The team was always cheerful and ready to assist.

The hotel offered a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the town center between 6 PM and 10 PM. This service made exploring the area very convenient. Outside these hours, tuk-tuk rides were reasonably priced.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including local and international choices. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! The restaurant offered amazing dishes for lunch and dinner.

Our room was spacious and very clean. It offered a cool retreat from the outside weather. The room had a well-stocked minibar. fresh towels were provided daily. We also found comfortable beds there.
