serviceable hotel experience
helpful staff swimming pool unreliable wifi tuk-tuk rides
I found the staff to be very helpful. they offered recommendations and arranged tours, very convenient. the swimming pool was also great. I enjoyed spending time there. the room had everything i needed! the bed was comfortable, i slept well.
the wifi was not reliable, i had trouble sending photos. it took too long. also, i thought the hotel was a bit far from the city center and getting around required tuk-tuk rides.

parking lot view broken gym equipment
My room was allegedly a 'landmark double room' , but it faced the parking lot. the stiff balcony door didn't encourage me to enjoy that view anyway. also , the gym equipment was a joke. Half of it was broken , not exactly what i expect when i'm trying to maintain my physique on holiday.

old equipment non-functional machines
The breakfast was okay.
The gym equipment was quite old and in need of repair (some dumbbells were chipped). Several machines did not function correctly. It's disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

various options excellent food
The breakfast buffet offered various options. A tuk-tuk service (provided by the hotel) to Angkor Wat and town was fun. Bar food was excellent and well presented. Cocktails tasted super.
The wardrobe door would not open properly.

Amazing Experience!
friendly staff tasty food clean environment
The staff was super friendly and helpful! The food was tasty, and I especially enjoyed the matcha crème brûlée at the Siso Bistro. The dynamite prawns were also amazing! I also appreciated the clean environment around the pool. The live music was an added bonus!
The breakfast area felt chaotic sometimes, especially when it was busy, and finding a free table took a while. I expect things to be faster.

The pool area includes a bar where guests can order drinks! It is perfect. Live music provides a fantastic ambiance for evening enjoyment near the swimming pool.

There are multiple dining options available. The Siso Bistro offers amazing food. The breakfast had plenty of options! The Coco Bar offers various drinks near the pool.

The staff was helpful and kind with everything. They arrange tours for the guests. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available. The hotel provides tuk-tuks outside for easy transportation.

The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked very well. That's a plus. Complimentary water was provided in the room. There were tea and coffee-making facilities available.
