adequate stay
beautiful breakfast early visit helpful staff noisy court guest folio email absence
the hotel featured a beautiful breakfast everyday. the staff prepared a breakfast box for my early visit to see the sunrise. the staff were helpful too. they answered questions and ordered tuk tuks.
the room was lovely with a huge bed. i stayed on the side with the volley ball courts. it was a little noisy at times. i requested our guest folio at check out. it has not been emailed.

The staff organized an activity for me each day as requested. Franklin gave great recommendations for activities. I found Varnak to be a knowledgeable private guide and a great photographer.
The volleyball courts across the road caused some noise at times. I requested my guest folio upon check out. It was not emailed to me even after five weeks.

noisy volleyball courts missing guest folio
The staff were indeed friendly, and my room was quite spacious, especially the shower area. My room faced the side with volleyball courts across the street. This caused some noise at times. Getting my guest folio after checkout was an issue. I requested it, and it was supposed to be emailed. It never arrived (I followed up twice).
