a decent experience
kind staffthoughtful detailsfaded clothesoverflowing shower
the staff was very kind!!! the room had lots of thoughtful details. the decor throughout was lovely!!! it was also very close to the taj.
i put some clothes to wash but they came back all faded!!! the shower was overflowing everywhere. i had to use many towels to absorb everything.

i found this hotel to be quite calm and peaceful. the food was among the best i had during my india trip. the room decor was well done and the staff helped with train and travel advice.
some items i sent for laundry returned discolored, a slight inconvenience.

The staff seemed friendly. They made meals according my dietary requirements. The rooms did appear well appointed. I thought they run their own tours.
I find some issues. The shower flowed all over. We had to use some towels to soak it up. The costs were somewhat high.
