the room was very clean fresh towels arrived daily the hotel has two pools both looked well maintained. breakfast offered a good variety i noticed catering to different tastes. i found the hotel well located near restaurants and shops i appreciated the short walk to the beach.
i observed the pool could be noisy at times i noticed it was sometimes difficult to relax. i found no official parking so i had to find street parking.

The staff were helpful. I especially appreciated their assistance with local tips. the breakfast had a great selection, and i enjoyed the fresh fruit every morning. the hotel had a very clean atmosphere! the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in my room, though it worked perfectly in the lobby.

I found the staff very helpful. They easily accommodated our late stay until 4pm because of our 6pm flight. The staff was also always smiling. The breakfast included local specialties and was excellent (i loved the pancakes!). The room was always tidy and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel staff kept everything super clean. There was a wide variety of breakfast dishes available. We enjoyed speaking with the staff at the bar (the chats were great!).
The hotel does not provide pool towels. Guests need to bring their own or use the room towels, which are not allowed outside the room. This was inconvenient. There is also no official parking.

The staff was helpful. They provided assistance with trips and directions to local attractions. They also offered helpful information for experiencing local culture, such as recommending places for cretan dancing and family parties.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. There is convenient bus service into the town and to Chania. The hotel is also near the sea, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The immediate area is generally quiet.
