okay stay with some issues
sticky wardrobe dust issue
i found a couple things not up to par. there was no toilet roll, towels, or bin in my room when i arrived (slightly inconvenient). i had to wait for them to bring these items. also, i noticed the wardrobe was sticky and there was some dust (not a huge deal, but noticeable).

large bed excellent facilities lovely bathrooms
my room was quite large the bed was very comfy i found the facilities excellent the bathrooms and showers were lovely i tried to book another night but the hotel was already full
i noticed the last check in was 10.30pm i had to go through a side metal fence with a code after this time i then walked around a dark courtyard to another door and used another code

newly decorated rooms
modern decor cute staff great location
the rooms are modern and clean i found all staff very warm and cute. it was a pleasure to stay and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. the location is great with parking and the train station close by.
after the pub closed there were multiple security codes required to access my room. a builder's security fence with a turn-type padlock led into a dark courtyard. i experienced problems with the electronic code entry and was left unable to get into my room at 1am.

this location is directly opposite a large car park, very convenient. the hotel is also a very short walk to the centre of town.

Really good Stay with Excellent Value
spacious room comfortable bed excellent facilities excellent value
The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The bathrooms and showers were particularly lovely (I especially appreciated the rainfall showerhead). I had hoped to extend my stay, but the hotel was fully booked, indicating its popularity. The overall value for money was excellent.
