the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options i enjoyed cut fruits, fresh grape juice, and omelettes. the staff were very supportive they even arranged a midnight cake for my wife's birthday! the surroundings were clean and well maintained.
the wifi was poor it. the restaurant felt a bit congested it wasn't the most relaxing dining experience. also, the approach road to the hotel was quite steep! it tested my driving skills.

The location is good. The staff were very helpful with organising day trips and other logistics for us.
I found the hotel overrated. The room we were given had an unpleasant smell of dust , suggesting it hadn't been used or cleaned properly in some time. Sanitary items were not refilled , and when we requested a room change , we were told the hotel was fully booked. the breakfast offered limited choices .

the breakfast buffet had many options. i especially enjoyed the south indian dishes. it was nice. the location is in the hills. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. i participated in a tea plantation walk, organized by the staff.
The piped music started early and continued until late. It was a bit repetitive.
