The location was acceptable. It was close to the ferry terminal.
the television remote was missing its back, and it did not turn the tv on. additionally, i was charged for a breakfast i never had. i informed the staff i would be checking out early the night before (this should have been sufficient notice).

The location proved quite convenient. upgrading my room was a straightforward process. the staff communicated effectively before my arrival. I considered that helpful.
The bathroom space seemed restricted. the shower door experienced difficulty opening fully due to the sink's placement. i noted the fan wasn't functional. No batteries were present in the clock.

the location suited me well everything i needed was within walking distance the room was clean and tidy the shower was great i had tea and coffee in my room at hand the bed was massive
my room had no view from either of the two windows the bin was tiny and not emptied breakfast seemed a little steep at that price i only received one large towel for my three nights

the staff moved our room closest to the ground floor as my partner has mobility issues. the room was beautiful. the beds were comfortable, so i extended my stay one night.

Breakfast included a variety of hot food from the hot plate. i especially enjoyed the manx cake. It was AMAZING!!! the dining room offered a lovely view of the promenade during breakfast.

the staff were helpful, especially regarding the room change. they were very accommodating. every staff member was pleasant and provided great customer service, which i really appreciated.

the hotel is right on the sea front with good views of the bay. there is a bus stop directly outside the main entrance, which comes straight from the airport. a lounge allows relaxation with a drink in the evening.

The location was great. It was near the bus station, which suited my travel plans..
I was not impressed with the lack of daily room cleaning. I had to request fresh towels, and i found that quite annoying. also, the breakfast menu online did not match what was actually offered, something i found misleading. room service was only available staying more than three days, which seemed quite restrictive for a short stay like mine.
