comfortable couch abstract artwork
my suite had a comfortable couch and armchair. the room included abstract artwork canvases and pastel coloured walls.
The receptionist area was unmanned sometimes. I had to use a phone to call them during checkout.

broken lift lack of handrails
the cleanliness was acceptable.
the lift was broken! my room was on the top floor and i received no prior notification about this situation. i have medical conditions, which caused me a lot of discomfort. there were no handrails to assist with walking up the stairs.

convenient access many choices
The bus stop is directly outside the hotel , providing convenient access to public transportation. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It offered many choices.
The mattress felt rather firm.
