a charming stay with historical touches
excellent stafflate afternoonfamily vacationpoorly maintained facility
i found the staff excellent from the reception to housekeeping. the restaurant servers and musicians were also fantastic. my children enjoyed the quick dips in the pool each late afternoon before dinner. we were very pleased with our family vacation start at this hotel.
i observed that the wellness center had poorly maintained facilities and old fitness equipment. the tv also didn't work in my room. there was very loud local music from the social area below until 11pm.

the room offered views overlooking the harbor from the balcony. the twin room was well-equipped with a big bathroom. wifi was strong in the room and at the pool, allowing reliable connectivity.

The breakfast buffet included a very large variety of dishes. the hotel has a central location. the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. the hotel decor is fine. I enjoyed the moroccan touch.
the cleanliness was lacking a bit, i saw that the balconies were not properly maintained. i think that this detail should be addressed promptly.

the reception staff was helpful, specifically. they provided quick and courteous service upon my arrival. i found the breakfast service to be really good.

The premises included a garden, pool, and spa for relaxation. i could easily walk to the medina from the hotel. the hotel also offers free parking. This is a great convenience in a busy area.

I found the breakfast selection excellent, with so many options. The various hotel restaurants presented meals with such fantastic flavors, it was special. I relaxed by both the outdoor and indoor pools. Sitting in the courtyards was a pure delight.
I noticed the room smelled faintly of smoke, it was only slightly distracting.
