tasteful decorationexpansive terraceattentive staff
i adored our jacuzzi studio, a spacious haven decorated with taste. the terrace was expansive, with sun-beds where i relaxed completely. the resort staff were attentive.
the hotel charged for water, it provided tiny bottles daily, but tap water wasn't an option.

the double room offered a jacuzzi plus sea views, it provided extra comfort and relaxation. the furnishings looked modern, they complemented the scenic backdrop beautifully. the room had high level of cleanliness.

the hotel has a new pool area with multiple pools to choose from. comfortable sun beds were available in plentiful supply. staff were available to transport luggage using buggies due to the hillside location.

the hotel is situated between two charming villages. elounda is easily reachable via a shore path perfect for lovely strolls. plaka can be accessed by road, but buses and taxis also serve this route.

the staff was very helpful. they regularly checked if everything was satisfactory (i appreciated this attentiveness).
the mini bar was too full, leaving little room for personal items. i found drink prices to be expensive. the lack of dedicated bar space also limited options for socializing outside of meal times.
