The room included a separate living area. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast featured an omelet station. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. I found the staff friendly and helpful .
The selection of TV channels available in the room was somewhat limited.

Staff members at the front desk were efficient during check-in. The shuttle service ran every 30 minutes to the airport, this was very convenient. I received prompt responses to my inquiries.

some issues detracted from the stay
moldy smellrude staff
The room wasn't as clean as expected. there was grime on the baseboards and dirt in the corners. a moldy smell filled the room. You noticed it as soon as you opened the door. the staff's service fell short, i found them to be quite rude. i left our keycards in the room and needed them to exit the building. The staff seemed indifferent.

defective thermostatdirty windows
I found a couple of issues . the thermostat in my two-room king suite seemed defective. I couldn't get the room temperature right. it was either too cold or too warm, never just right. also, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was quite a bit of grime obscuring the view. this. these issues were disappointing.

i noticed some street noise . The sound of cars and general external sounds were audible. The noise impacted my sleep somewhat.
