direct view good location terrible soundproofing cigarette smell
the hotel has a good location not far from the east part of nanjing road. it also has a direct view to jing'an temple.
i got a room on the 18th floor and the sound proofing was terrible as i could hear the noise from the room next to me. i asked for a change of room but the guests living next door smoked so fiercely that the smell got into my room. i had to ask for a change again.

lacking maintenance diy repair
the location proved quite central. the room service was friendly and helpful.
The fitness equipment needs serious updates. I found the maintenance lacking. i also encountered issues with the room. the window closure needed diy repair to reduce noise, and sometimes i waited over five minutes for hot water for a shower. It felt a bit neglected.
