I found the staff very friendly. the reception staff was helpful. i enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks at the poolside bar. the animation team member provided helpful local information. I appreciated that a lot.

the hotel offered superb food in the buffet restaurant. i found a good selection of spirits included on the all-inclusive package. i enjoyed the indoor pool when the weather got too hot.
