the wifi did not work in my room for the duration of my stay, i was not happy. the air conditioning system was also broken, only the heating was functional. the reception staff seemed unprofessional, which wasn't great.

the hotel's location was central i appreciated being so close to many key attractions the room was spacious and it included new and clean amenities i also found the staff to be lovely and helpful i used the gym it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the bar area felt a bit daunting as i could only order drinks through waiter service i could not get a drink directly at the bar this felt unusual for a hotel.

I appreciated the central location allowing easy access to many attractions. daily housekeeping ensured a very comfy and tidy environment. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I found something new each morning. benjamin and armela, the reception staff, were helpful and professional.
the television in my room was smaller than i expected, making it difficult to view comfortably from the bed.
