Fantastic Hotel Experience!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. I received a surprising upgrade to a room with a panoramic view. It was lovely. The bed provided great comfort, and the bathroom area felt spacious. Three wardrobes offered ample storage space, contributing to a pleasant stay.
I found no sleepers available in the room, due to the hotel being out of stock. It was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast included many options in a well-lit room with comfortable chairs. The variety allowed everyone to find something to enjoy, setting a positive tone for the morning. The food was AMAZING!!!

The air condition was not working, and I was not happy. I was given a small discount instead of a room change. Moving rooms would have been a better solution for me.

the hotel was super clean (i mean, really super clean!). the staff, especially daniela at reception, greeted us so nicely. we arrived early, before check-in, yet our room was ready at 10:30 am, a real treat after traveling.
The wifi was quite slow. It made streaming a bit challenging.

The reception staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. One staff member recommended great local restaurants, even giving me a discount voucher. i really appreciated the warm welcome and quick assistance.
