dusty coffee machineold towels
the room cleaning left something to be desired. i found the coffee machine and cups dusty, even dirty (i was shocked). the bathroom wasn't super clean either. despite my daily requests, the cleaning didn't improve, and i spotted a large spider web behind the door that stayed there for four days, no matter how often the cleaners came. i also doubt the quilt cover was changed after the previous guests. towels felt old.

Welcome drinks were a charming touch. The staff was always available and very cute. My room was spacious and very clean. I found the location convenient to city attractions.
The breakfast selection was not extensive. I would have preferred a larger variety of options.
