stuffy roomair conditioning policy
the air conditioning only worked during the hottest months , which meant the room was stuffy even when it was cool outside. i had to keep the window open , this let in a lot of noise from the street and nearby church bells. it really impacted my sleep quality , even though they offered compensation , the discomfort was a major issue . i feel they should disclose their air conditioning policy beforehand.

the complimentary non-alcoholic beverages in the mini bar were a nice touch , with daily replenishment. breakfast offered a great variety of options , proving to be quite delicious. the staff was very friendly , consistently going above and beyond to assist guests. i appreciated the cleanliness and well-equipped nature of the rooms , guaranteeing a very comfortable stay.
i noticed the room temperature was difficult to adjust , , made a couple of nights slightly warmer than preferred.

the breakfast included a lot of variety. the location allowed walking distance to everything while avoiding a busy street.
