a good experience
spacious room great comfort diverse choice helpful staff
the room was spacious and the bed offered great comfort. i found the breakfast spread to be extensive, with diverse choices. every staff member i encountered was both cute and helpful. the views from the bedroom, overlooking the pool and surrounding scenery, were really excellent!
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to function correctly and the room felt too warm! even with adjustments to the controls, it remained uncomfortably warm. this was a minor inconvenience, though it slightly impacted my overall experience.

the superior double room offered ample space and included a well-equipped bathroom. the room had individual climate control and blackout curtains. i found the soundproofing to be effective ensuring a restful environment.

the outdoor swimming pool was clean and well kept. the hotel has a spa with various treatments, saunas (celt, turkish, roman) and thermal swimming pool, though i did not try these amenities. complimentary parking was available and there was no additional charge.

the staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests! check-in was efficient and courteous. the concierge service assisted with directions and recommendations for local attractions and the service was helpful, though parking was expensive.

the room was spacious, a beautiful room, and it had very comfortable beds. i really enjoyed the breakfast spread (especially the pancakes!). the outdoor swimming pool was very clean and well kept.
the hotel is a bit far from the main city center. i needed a taxi to travel back and forth. the hotel room's air conditioner did not work properly (it was quite hot). the lounge area chairs weren't that comfortable.

Really good Hotel Experience!
spacious room helpful staff
The room had a massive bed and was very spacious. The gym was equipped very well. The staff were particularly helpful. Free sweets were offered at the reception. It was a nice touch.
