a seaside gem!
sea views friendly staff on site
the room offered amazing sea views from the balcony it was so relaxing. the staff was friendly they were always available to help with any questions. i found parking on site very convenient the spot secured my car safely .
i found that the gym equipment was quite outdated the machines need maintenance or replacement to improve functionality

the location offered excellent views of the bahia from many vantage points within the premises access to major roads is very easy making travel convenient for exploring northern spain.

amazing hotel with fine views
great location top notch staff amazing view
i loved the location. it was close to downtown bars and restaurants. the staff were top notch. i thought breakfast on site was well done. the views were amazing.
the hotel lacked some services, which i would expect from a five star hotel. the room cleaning was inconsistent, which i found disappointing. the balcony never got mopped or cleaned, so dirt stayed there for my entire stay

the hotel provides complimentary parking. it is a big and convenient parking area. breakfast is diverse and appetizing. i saw the hotel is close to the royal palace, it is just a ten-minute walk.

i stayed in a beautiful double room. the room included two separate sinks. there was also a rainfall shower. the breakfast had diverse choices and was served in a gardenlike space.
the elevator sometimes did not work properly.

The reception staff were very friendly. I sent a note asking for a room with a very good sea view. The room had a thoughtful touch with a bottle of cava and macaroons.
The shower was in the bath. Rooms seemed a bit bland and damp. Every bedroom door seemed set to slam shut.
