I found a mini-fridge in my room. Its location inside the mall made accessing the grocery store SO easy. The staff members were all pleasant and helpful, always available when i needed assistance.

The soundproofing in my room was slightly lacking.

The hotel is situated in a shopping mall.. It was amazing to have both a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. This made it convenient for meals and any quick shopping needs.
