Lovely Stay with Excellent Service

The cleanliness of this hotel impressed me greatly. I especially appreciated the helpfulness shown by a staff member at the reception. She really improved my visit. The hotel also has a great location. It is close to transportation and nice local spots. I felt safe walking around at night.
The ventilation in the bathroom could use some improvement. High humidity sometimes.

the hotel is close to metro and bus stops , offering easy access to the city. i found several restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. the staff helped me with directions and local recommendations. i appreciated the helpful support i received.
the bathroom has limited ventilation , so it gets humid quickly after a shower.
