The reception staff was very helpful. They assisted me with directions and information about local attractions. The room included effective blackout curtains. These overlapped on double tracks to fully darken the room. The hotel is close to the town center.
The hotel lacked coffee and tea facilities in the room. This was a minor inconvenience .

pool closurelimited breakfast
i was really looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed. there wasn't even a bar open where i could get a drink (i could really use one sometimes). breakfast wasn't great either, not much variety there. plus, i asked for water and it never arrived, annoying after a long day.
