comfortable bed ample selection

the staff were friendly and professional the room was a good size. the bed was comfortable and the outside terrace was a bonus. breakfast included a good and ample selection.

i noticed one cocktail contained too much ice making the taste weak.

Really good Stay with Artistic Flair

prime location friendly staff unique artwork luxurious amenities

The location was superb, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with our needs. I particularly appreciated the unique artwork displayed throughout the corridors. The amenities, especially the Rituals products, were a luxurious touch.

I noticed some slight noise from the hallway at times, but it was very minor.

My room included a comfortable king-sized bed and a separate shower and bath. It was spacious. Air conditioning worked effectively, and I was grateful for the quiet environment and balcony. the room was AMAZING!!!

Excellent stay near museums

central location quiet street tube station

The room had excellent air conditioning. The location was central and the street surprisingly quiet. There was a large selection of restaurants nearby. I appreciated the five-minute walk to the South Kensington tube station.

Hallways and the lift felt somewhat tight. Space for luggage was limited.

Absolutely Was awesome!

super clean room lovely touches good shower

I adored the hotel's artistry. It's displayed tastefully everywhere. My room was super clean and quiet. I found lovely extras like a Nespresso machine with coffee pods! The bathroom included a large bath with a good shower and hair and body washes.

The hotel doors close after 11 PM. I had to call a number to get in.

The hotel is in a surprisingly quiet street! I found plenty of restaurants. South Kensington tube station is less than a 5-minute walk. Museums, parks, and the Royal Albert Hall are very close.

My room included a kettle and all the extra bits that go with it. The bed was firm but not hard. it had lovely soft pillows! I loved the large bath, I also loved the shower, it was so good.

the staff was friendly. the location suited my needs perfectly.

The room felt cramped. i could hear street noise throughout the night, and it disrupted my sleep. the bathroom was small, and the shower pressure was weak. It made showering a bit frustrating.
