Breakfast offered a good selection of both continental options and a full English breakfast.
The room was quite cold when I arrived because the underfloor heating was off. Warming the room took a long time after I turned it on. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not function.

Mixed Experience due to Noise and Event Issues

Upon arrival, I found the car park completely full because of a wedding that was occurring on the grounds. This meant no parking was available on site, contrary to what was stated. As a resident, I was unable to use the outside space. I also felt unwelcome due to guests being treated as second rate to the function.

The breakfast bar was stocked wonderfully it had delicious coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. staff were all fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and all queries were answered promptly. the bed was super comfy and the room was styled beautifully.
i found the food to be slightly expensive compared to the portions though.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The staff were friendly and the menu offered a good selection.
The room was quite cold upon arrival. I found that the underfloor heating was turned off (I don't know why this was the case). It took a very long time to warm the room even after turning it on.
