reasonable stay
appointed room breakfast food lift access cramped room
the room was really well appointed. the breakfast food tasted very good too! i especially liked the comfy bed and pillows. it was a relaxing experience.
The lift access changed during the night. One was shut down. it made accessing the room a bit confusing. also, the room was quite cramped, without much headspace to move around.

The bed was comfortable. It was a plus.
The staff were not very friendly. A fire alarm went off around 9pm. There was a complete evacuation. I heard NO apology for the inconvenience from the staff.

The room was spacious enough. The shower had great water pressure. The hotel is close to the city center, a very convenient location. The interiors had a modern design. The lift was particularly cool.

A Solid Stay
good valet welcome drink small menu parking price
The room was quite nice, I really liked the selection of teas provided. I also thought the valet service was good, they were very helpful with our luggage. The staff were really friendly at check-in. I really appreciated the welcome drink, what a way to start!
I thought that the breakfast menu was very small. If breakfast is included, you can only choose one dish and one drink. I think that $40 is a ridiculous price for parking each night. I feel that it should be included, particularly when you can park on the street for free at certain times.
