amazing room layout
unique layoutfriendly staffdaily cleaningfirm bed
I loved how the room was designed. the layout divides the front and bathroom area from the bedroom. the staff greeted guests at the lobby entrance. They were very kind. housekeeping kept the room clean daily. i slept well on the firm bed.
the hotel is on a busy street near a fire station. i sometimes heard sirens at night.

The hotel is near namba station. It takes about ten minutes by foot. dotonbori is also within walking distance. there are multiple convenience stores nearby for essentials.

the luggage forwarding service was useful. the staff provided helpful assistance. the front desk helped me with directions. i found them to be very responsive and attentive to requests.

Breakfast offered a mix of western and japanese options. an omelet chef prepared fresh dishes, on request. a 20% discount was available for elite members. This was a benefit i appreciated.
