i liked the very friendly and polite staff here. the room was quite clean and modern. the facilities here were good. the location is very convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
the air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too warm. this WAS annoying!

i stayed in a fairmont gold room and loved the massage chair it had! the fairmont gold team was so nice. jackson and beata greeted everyone with a smile and kindness. the hotel is near metro line 1, a great convenience.
the spa seemed a little dated. some of the steam rooms didn't work. the jacuzzi jets were also faulty.
