the staff displayed a cute and friendly attitude throughout my visit. i found the breakfast to have ample options, with both cooked and continental choices available. our room offered a pleasant view facing the canal (i liked seeing the boats). the room itself maintained a good standard of cleanliness and size.
the menu in the restaurant and bar remained unchanged daily, limiting the variety of choices.

the team at reception was very cute and efficient, assisting with check-in quickly. bar staff were attentive (especially during the busier evening hours) and provided excellent service. requests were handled promptly and professionally.
