noisy buildingdated bathroom
i was disappointed by the limited dog-friendly areas. my friend and i brought our small dogs expecting more access within the main building. they aren't allowed in the restaurant or bar, so we felt quite restricted. the 'dog friendly' rooms are also located in a separate, noisy building. i could hear the couple staying above us, which wasn't very relaxing. the bathroom felt dated, and overall, the room didn't seem worth the price i paid.

My stay included a newly refurbished room. I appreciated that. the staff acted very polite and friendly. the breakfast had a wide variety and could be made to order for £20. It was full quality.
The rooms felt quite compact. the beds were very firm. That was a problem. i learned later you can request a mattress topper from reception though i only found this out as we were leaving.

high noisepoor soundproofing
I stayed one night. Upon arrival, I couldn't check in until 3 pm (the receptionist was friendly enough and it wasn't a BIG deal). the room was not excellent like a Premier Inn in my opinion. The sound proofing seems nonexistent. The noise from upstairs and the corridor was high. I think they need to improve the soundproofing.

My room had great view of the water. The breakfast included a lot options. I see a gym is present. The location suited me well because shops were very close.
The floorboards was creaky during the night. The room did not have air conditioning. I asked for extra towels but did not receive them. The noise from other rooms carried easily.
